This is an awesome processor. Definitely a overkill if you're just looking to build something that's meant for day to day tasks. This processor is a workhorse. I've yet to have an instance where it hangs or stalls due to the workload that I've handling at any given moment, and that's with 2-3 VM's running in the background.I have yet to try overclocking this, still waiting on picking up a better CPU cooler to put on this thing.

I purchased this keyboard last black friday for $15 dollars. Had it for a year now. It is a great keyboard and have not had to wash it yet, since the way it is designed (keys are up in the air a good distance from the keyboard itself, making it very easy to clean with canned air or a vacuum). I would not pay the current price $65 for this keyboard however. I think $65 is a ripoff and shocked they are asking that much for it, but for under 20 bucks, it is a great keyboard.

I way overpaid for this, $331 at Amazon less than a month ago, but it was perfect and I'm very happy with the speed. Only thing is, it seems to run hot with the included stock cooling fan, but that's why people buy liquid cooling fans. It's FAST, and I don't need to overclock either. Great chip:).

OC to 4.40ghz and its a beast. Dont buy an AMD cpu just because its cheap. There is a reason why amd cpus are cheap.

Very powerful processor. Strongest single core processing for a multi-core to date. Highly recommend to those programming with application needing powerful single core power.

I am a gamer, and I usually have a lot going on in my computer, so with this processor and my RAM, I barely use any cpu. I most def do not regret this purchase.

If you need an i7, 4790k is as good as it gets, at least before the 6xxx series came out!The 4790k reports 10% better single core performance, and performance per dollar is around 2.5x better. If you are using it for gaming, I highly recommend going for an i5 for the cost saving, as i7 does very little for gaming overall.Overall the 6700k is about 5-10% higher performance ignoring the single core, which is becoming less relevant as more applications utilize it.

Managed an overclock up to 4.7 stable without any intense tweaking. Not quite winning the lottery, but still respectable.
