I like the size and function of this mouse overall, and the battery lasts a long time. However, the mouse lags quite often (~once per hour, if not more frequently), and it lasts for 20-30 seconds each time. There does not appear to be any consistent driver of this (battery, apps, distance to computer, BT vs USB dongle, etc). Same issue with Logi keyboard. It means tracking is way off, making it very hard to press buttons (I've been stuck on mute on Zoom calls, desperately trying to get the mouse to go onto the unmute button, but it zips all over the screen as it lags and tracks weird).Could be an OS X issue, of course, but Apple's mouse doesn't have any issues like this, so I'm thinking Logi has a hand in the issue, too (perhaps their software).

Wanted to take some time to get to know this mouse before writing my review. Some of the things I took note of was the battery, the software, and how it functions in daily life. Firstly everybody has different priorities when it comes to a computer mouse and some will value certain traits over others. I can just tell you where mine lay and hope that helps you make a good judgement for yourself. My number one preference in a wireless mouse is battery life. So far this thing has blown me away with how good it is I've used this thing a lot and I haven't really had to charge it from the time that I got it. All I did was top it off when I first opened the package up and it's been good to go ever since. I love the fact that it's rechargeable. There has been too many times with other mice that weren't rechargeable where the batteries would die. Which would mean a run to the store to buy batteries, because instead of a mouse I now had a paperweight. I don't like the waist of that batteries either and this solves that for me. The next thing I want to touch on is the software, it works well and has some nice features. I do appreciate that it works with a Mac with is what I'm using it on. The flow software that lets you switch from different computers and effectively work between them is nice, but for me is a thing that I might only use every once in a while. It was free though and a bonus for somebody who works switching between computers often. I mean it even lets you copy and paste files between computers which for some might be pretty handy. As far as every day use goes the mouse does its job and can function on a lot of different surfaces. So far I've tried it on a wood table, glossy desk surface (mainly), and various other surfaces around my house so far it has been working flawlessly so that's another thumbs up. The main gripe I have with this mouse is the scroll wheel it spins fast. What I compare it to is that top on inception. I can give this thing a good spin and it will go for a while, and although this might be good for a wheel on a skateboard this in my opinion is not great for a mouse. I just miss the click. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but to me the click to advance feels better. The speed that this mouse can scroll to doesn't make for a good experience for browsing any interface that I can think of. You just never need to go as fast up or down anything as this mouse can go. This makes using it feel weird like either you're scrolling too quickly or you're trying way too hard to scroll at the right speed (more effort that should be necessary). That's why although I really like this mouse, and it checks off a lot of boxes it's just shy of 5 stars. I will say this 4 ain't bad and I think if you're looking for a good mouse that I feel like is priced fairly, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Logitech puts out great peripherals and this is no different it's just not perfect.

I decided to write this since a lot of reviews are 1 star for Mac and I bought this for mine to see if I would have better luck than other reviewers. Plus I was a fan of the Nano VX a few years back. Below are my Mac specs for reference.OS: Catalina 10.15.6System: Macbook Pro 16 2019/2020Firstly, the flow feature is really awesome, and I can toggle between my Windows PC and Mac on the fly, I have not had any issues with this feature yet and it seems to work really well. The form factor is pretty nice as well, but I wish it would be a bit higher near the base similar to the G303. Pairing with Windows and Mac devices was easy and have not encountered any disconnections yet. Overall I would recommend getting this for your Mac. Another reviewer said you might have to do a firmware update if you experience issues, so I would recommend doing that as well just to be on the safe side.My three biggest issues with this is that it seems the bluetooth mode of this mouse seems to be a bit unsmooth? The best way to describe this is if you wanted to drag something 1 to 2 pixels over, it might move it an extra pixel or two. This might be fixable with adjusting the mouse settings. Its not really too much of a problem, but might get annoying if you use any photoshop type work, on wired and wireless it seems to better/resolved. The second issue is the battery, I sorta wish they let you put in your own batteries. Yes, the battery provided has a large battery life, but if it ever goes bad, you have to disassemble your entire mouse to get in a new one (and you can't buy a new one super easy). Finally, I wish there was a slot on the mouse that allowed you to put the Wireless USB Adapter into the mouse when you are not using it. Currently you need to buy a separate bag/container to hold both since there isn't a place for it.

Likes: Ergonomic, nice to the touch, feels good in the hand. Sensitive, works on glass surfaces where my old Logitech did not. Connects to 3 devices via Bluetooth.Dislikes: Short battery life, about 10% per day. No battery indicator - the only way I can tell how much life in the battery is from Windows Settings - Bluetooth. Over-complicated with a tilting wheel that requires a ginormous optional software package (no thanks). Nowhere to store the USB receiver - it'll get lost for sure unless you park it in a port somewhere. Ridiculously loud click - this is engineered in and completely unnecessary. Somebody needs to tell someone at Logitech that users really do not need to hear a loud click to know their mouse is working!

This is the first wireless mouse that really seems to connect and work well for me. I gave it three stars for gaming, because I don't game, so I can't speak to that. It fits my hand well, recharges quickly when I need to do that (plug it in at lunch and it is generally good to go), for day to day Excel and Word use I think it is well worth the money.

I have owned several iterations of the Anywhere series. Two of my model 2's have lasted several years. I bought the 2S in light gray color 16 months ago and the battery can no longer hold a charge as of today. This is really not that bad and may be an anomaly but the rechargeable battery for model 2S may burn out faster than model 2.Otherwise the mouse is excellent in every way. I am planning to buy a replacement with Logitech.

Seamless connection and operation. Can select between 3 computers using button on bottom. Very responsive for a wireless mouse. Connected direct via Bluetooth, did not use included dongle.

I was kind of annoyed when my husband purchased such an expensive mouse. I had been using an old corded mouse and it was time to upgrade. When I tried this mouse, it was night and day. This mouse is well built and feels really solid in my hand. The mouse lasts all 8 ours of my day and paired easily with my PC. There was one additional benefit that I was pleasantly surprised by was the sound and smooth quality. When I move the mouse, there is almost no sound as I move it around on my desk and the movement feels smooth in my hand. Button sounds are a soft click.UPDATE: after using a few weeks My husband noticed an annoying stick when left clicking. At this price point, I expect better. The mouse still works fine in other aspects. The best and most surprising feature is the very long battery life. Using it 9 hours per day, M-F it lasted weeks before needing a charge.I decided not to buy one of these for myself. It’s simply not worth the price.

Brought this one because I lost the same exact model I lost. This particular mouse, the wheel is noiser and the right click has to be pressed close to the front of the mouse for it to work as compared to the one I lost. That s why this particular one is 4 star. Otherwise work as expected.

I got one of these for my brother. He's really enjoyed it, but I'm spoiled with my MX Master 3S with its side scrolls, better angle and overall more functional shape. This mouse is fine, its just really small. While it is a great, responsive, bluetooth mouse, there are other mice with very close quality that you can get for cheaper. I will say that the size and reliability would make me thing again if I had the disposable funds to keep a mouse in my backpack. If you are deciding between the MX Master and the MX Anywhere, its likely that the MX Master is a better choice for you. However, if you're looking for something small and super reliable (especially if someone else is footing the bill) get this mouse.

The old Logitech Anywhere MX mouse came with carrying case, a place to store the dongle (in the battery bay) and most of all a convenient way to turn on and off, that is, a slider on the bottom that covered the laser. Other than that its the same old mouse, I like its intuitive feel.

I love this mouse and I wish the battery lasted longer. It lasts for a while but it doesn't really warn you until it just does one day in the middle of work. I also wish you didn't have to cycle through all 3 devices to get to 1 if nothing is paired to number 3. Kind of annoying if you are only switching between 2 devices. But other than that, the options software lets you use the buttons for key commands on a per application basis on Mac. Seriously powerful!

The battery life seems really good and I love that you can pair it via Bluetooth or the dongle. It would be better if you had a place to store your dingle in the mouse, because it does lack that. The mouse scroll is pretty loud but not a deal breaker for me. It is a fairly comfortable fit in my hand. I had to get a replacement because the first time I got a LED lamp instead of the actual product, but they sent it really quickly!

Good mouse does the job. If you have the money I would recommend upgrading to the more expensive ergonomic mouses by Logitech. The new flow feature is awesome if you have a multiple computer set up.

The feel is nice, the optical mouse works great, no Bluetooth lag, main two buttons are fine. The scroll wheel is weird. When you move it slowly it goes in small jumps aligned to detents but speeds up dramatically after a threshold. It's hard to get an in-between speed, so you end up crawling along and then zipping way down as you speed up. It was really hard to figure that out, and it doesn't clearly say that that's what's up. If you push the wheel, it switches from detented to smooth, but it's still operates the same way. It's somewhat less disconcerting if you set the scroll speed to be slow: Then the fast speed doesn't leap away unexpectedly but it will be a too slow in some applications. There is a tiny middle-mouse button below the wheel, but it's in an awkward spot. It holds a charge very well, and blinks in plenty of time to plug it in for a bit next time you walk away.If the middle button / scroll wheel were better, it would be very nice, but they're not.

It's literally plug and play if you don't need the distance. However, the mouse is very jumpy like a laggy pc until you get the drivers updated. Windows does not find all drivers necessary so that can be a problem for most. The keyboard is weighted so it certainly won't jump around and everything connects instantly the moment you turn them on. Can't say for sure how long the batteries last, but it's just plug in and watch the light flash until it's steady. I haven't used this set for too long, but seems to be smooth sailing and quite the bargain with all things considered. It's funny to think I bought this for an already wireless pc, but the usb ports it comes with tells me it can work on anything. Wish they'd say that in the description.

This is a quality wireless mouse. My only complaint is that the scroll wheel does not act as a third mouse button, but instead switches between scrolling modes. The third mouse button has to be assigned to one of the programmable buttons using Logitech’s configuration app. This is awkward but not a deal-breaker.
