I bought it for the ability to be able to wash it. Not crazy about the layout, because its so much different than normal keyboards. The buttons protrude out, but because its a washable keyboard, thats kinf of a necessity. Would buy again.

Really nice keyboard, at first I thought not clickity clacky enough but it's grown on me. Precise, no space wasted, you can adjust sound from the keyboard, etc. Haven't spilled on it yet so I can't attest to how waterproof it is.

This is a nice, functional keyboard. I have actually not had to wash it yet because it comes with a small brush (which is stored underneath the keyboard), and stuff is easier to brush from between the keys than a standard keyboard. It has two legs to prop up the keyboard slightly and the keys aren't too loud.

I am giving this four stars instead of five for a reason that may not be meaningful to you: It does not have a right-click button. I use a lot of keyboard shortcuts, and I rely heavily on the right-click button that can be found on the bottom right of many keyboards. I miss this button. There is an FN key there that you can program, but if you are a big fan of keyboard shortcuts, this is not the best keyboard for you. Otherwise, this is a great keyboard and I highly recommend it.

I never give a product 5 stars until undergoes the test of time. I looked at A LOT of keyboards before purchasing this one. Yes, you can buy a cheaper keyboard, but when you're stuck at your computer for long hours, you need a good one. Buy this one. While it's only been a week, I love this keyboard. I love the look of it, and the feel of the keys is great. It has a slim and stylish profile, and comes with this cute little cleaning brush that clips to the underside (which is a beautiful teal blue color) of the keyboard. I can wear out any keyboard in a few years - so I'm looking forward to putting this Logitech (washable black-on-top keyboard with white keys) through the rigors of daily life! My computer is a laptop. For my editing and graphic design work, I use an external mouse, keyboard, and 27 monitor. I purposely keep the laptop on a riser or small shelf so I won't spill my breakfast, lunch, dinner (and occasional bourbon & water ;-) on it. However, my keyboard isn't so lucky! If Amazon prompts me, I'll write another review in a few months.

Purchased refurbished item from AIM USA, arrived in 1 1/2 days looks and works like new, perfectly happy with the up front activity.

Logitech K310 has a nice size, it's very thin and the white keys against the black platform makes it very easy to use in a low light environment (your screen may offer sufficient room light).
The keys are soft touch and short travel, very nice.
I bought this to be able to really clean my keyboard and I expect that to function well.
The price is certainly modest, it is a good value.

Would have given 5 star rating except for two minor items:
First the keys are a bit noisy, a little more clack than I care to hear although I have heard much worse. Silent would be good in a perfect universe.
Second the cord only works when connected to a USB port, this means the PS-2 functionality does not work (yes of course a plug adapter is required). This is OK 99.% of the time but if you need to do an F8 safe mode , a Drive configuration or a BIOS adjustment you will need another keyboard for many computers that require the O/S to configure the USB ports when booting up.

I bought this because I am known for spilling things on my keyboard. It is easy to clean. The minus side is the keys are a bit rough in terms of 'catching' if you don't hit them centered when typing..I find that rather annoying.

This keyboard is a great keyboard for an everyday, non-specialized interface. It feels durable, and was made to take a lot of life's little mistakes. I bought this for my father, who had broken the left-shift key on his old keyboard. He likes to eat and drink at the computer, so I figured this was a no-brainer! The instructions for washing are printed on the bottom of the keyboard, so there is no need to keep any box or paper for a reminder. Personally, I am into gaming, so the keys aren't as 'bouncy' as I would like if it were my own keyboard.

    TL;DR
    Pros:
Washable w/ instructions printed on keyboard
easy access to keys with included brush to get food/dirt/grime off and keep keyboard clean
    full, comfortable keyboard layout
    Cons:
Keys are not as responsive as I would have liked (bounciness)

Initially shipped without the original box. After stating it in a review a representative followed up and replaced the product with a new keyboard that was in the original box. Except the wait time, I am satisfied that the issue has been resolved. As for the product it is exactly what I expect from a keyboard.

This keyboard has taken some getting used to, but i am definitely happy with my purchase. I am almost eager to spill something on it so that i may learn how well it cleans up.

Is your cat a jerk? Does he/she spill drinks whenever you try to play a computer game? If so, this is your keyboard. I lost two separate keyboards to cat behavior including a nice wireless one. I gave up and got this instead. It has been spilled on and washed a couple times. It's not ergonomic or fancy but it gets the job done. Solved my problem!

I love this keyboard, it works great for me!
The only issue I have with it is that the F10 key is volume down, F11 key is volume up, and F12 is the power, or hibernate button. This bugs me SO MUCH because it's very easy to accidentally hibernate your computer while you're trying to turn up the volume.

Look, this is not an uber high end keyboard. It is a basic USB keyboard that just happens to have easy to see white keys and I find this useful. It works great for what it is.

Sometimes dirt can get stuck under the keys making it difficult to type. Washing the keyboard with windex works good.

I use this with my laptop and I really like it. Be aware that it works for WIN systems up through WIN7, but not with the WIN8.

I've used a lot of keyboards in my time, and this one stands out from the others in several ways... The look and feel is nice. It's lightweight, but sufficiently sturdy to sit still as you type. The keys feel quite solid, without being heavy to press, and they feel like they could withstand a lot of abuse. Design is pleasing to the eye, and the keys and letters are very high contrast, which would be good in dim conditions. It's quite easy to type on, although a little more cramped than other keyboards, so expect a few more typos. Overall feel is different to most other keyboards, but in a good way. The texture of the keys just feels nice under your fingers. Some people here have said the keyboard is very quiet, but I don't really think so. It's noisy compared to the similarly-designed Apple keyboard, and not quite as easy to type on either, so I give it only 4 stars.

I am a touch typist and require a keyboard that is easy to work with. I like hearing the keys click a bit so I know I have pressed hard enough to select each letter. This keyboard is easy to clean and easy to see at night when I am working late on a report.

You don't expect to type on this thing and it working like other keyboards, you expect it to be totally weird since the keys are raised up without the 'container' around them to be as well.

Actually it works really well and despite coming from a really slim and slightly curved Microsoft keyboard (Forgot the name of that one) I type on this easily.
Without getting too personal here, I've got hairy arms, and that often gets under the keys in the keyboard and that's a bit of a problem when you can get to it, this thing comes with a brush and there's space between the keys to let you do so, just enough for the brush and not enough to screw with your typing.

I've not tested the water-washable ...ness of this thing as despite all the claims, I am crazy paranoid with putting electronics under water............that and I've not felt the need as the thing doesn't really get a chance to be dirty when the brush lets you clean up

1 Minor complaint with games, I'll grab my drink take a sip and zounds I'm being shot at by a player behind me, go to put my hand back on the keyboard and my hand is misaligned. The keys are all identical feeling, with the other keyboard I had there was the slight curve to give you a feeling of what keys you were on. But, not a deal breaker by any means.

1 larger complaint is that all the media buttons: calculator, media/prev/play-pause/next/volume up and down power are all function tied, as in you hit FN then the function key to activate it- that's not a problem for me as it's a laptop sorta thing and I've used laptops....the problem with it really comes down to is one of them is power on/off...which is right next to volume up. :|
So, be mindful of what key you're about to hit otherwise you'll be putting your PC in sleep mode.

Overall, great keyboard, just need to be mindful of a few things when going into it.
