I used it to replace the stock cooler that came with the CPU I have. The thing I like most was the compatibility options.



Works great! Turned my super loud stock fan and cooler to a stealth unit. This is about 3x larger then what I pulled but it fits great looks good and works amazing.



Super worried I'd crack the motherboard with the force needed to lock, looked at some videos before-hand so I knew to use equal force when latching. Other than that great, quieter and cooler on the cheap for my old fx6300.



Using with a Ryzen 7 1700 running at 3.3 ghz, sapphire pulse 500 xt, and 24 gb of slow ram. This cooler was a huge upgrade from the stock wraith cooler that came with the cpu. I mounted another deep cool 120 mm fan to the cooler for a push-pull configuration and it works brilliantly. No longer getting crashes with COD Cold War. on low settings with the stock cooler, my cpu would rise to 80 Celsius after just a few games. With this cooler, the cpu stays at around 54-58 after several games with the same low settings. thinking about overclocking a smidge as well. great temps and performance for the price.



This is a great cooler for the money. It's easy to install and the included fan is quiet.

I bought this cooler to cool a socket 775 Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 and it is excellent for the price. The mounting bracket was extremely easy to use and temps are great, my Q6700 maxes out at around 50 degrees C while running Prime95. My only complaint is the cooler I received it didn't come with thermal compound, but this was not a problem for me since I already have a tube of MX4.



Ok, I watched the video and thought... no problem... what are so many having issues installing this fan?Well, there is the answer.... As another mentioned, they are installing this on a motherboard outside a case. BIG DIFFERENCE!!!Attaching the proper feet to attach was a breeze, everything aligned perfectly and should have snapped in without issue, as 2 of the feet did. However, there are the 2 on the side of the fan that you cannot reach nor press into the motherboard.Thought I was going to have to remove the motherboard to put this fan in... was about to just order a different fan then I noticed that the actual fan is just held on with 2 clips.If you remove the fan assembly, you can access the other 2 feet without obstruction securing the fins to the processor. Once in place, then you need to try to snap the fan back on the fins... not too hard, but takes a little patience.All in all, good fan, not cooling my system as cool as some are reporting... In bios mode just idling, I run around 50 degrees C... using applications I seem to peak at 100 degrees C. I have not over clocked this at all, just popped in the chip and fan....The fan is HUGE!!! You need a mini-tower case for it to fit it seems... That is what I have and it fits fine (but barely not much room to the side, if I had a side case fan it would not fit or I would have to remove the side case fan), I have seen images here where people have cut the sides of their system to accommodate the large fan.It is quiet! Cannot hear it at all!



I use a Ryzen 5 2600x processor, no overclock. However when I do overclock it, this heatsink does a good job keeping the CPU temps cool still. Definitely a good value



This Cooling Fan does the Trick. It Saved from having to Buy and Install a Water Cooling System



For the price it's not bad on the idle anywhere from 22 to 25 Celsius came with extra mounts if you wanted to put another fan on like I did for the price can't beat it insulation wasn't even that hard you had a choice between the plastic self mounting brackets or the screw on Spring for Intel but did not come with a backplate for the spring loaded mount so if you don't have your original back plate for your board when you bought it and you went with the plastic mounts you might want to try to find that before you use the spring loaded mount



It was difficult putting it in but it was worth it! It came with the paste. Overall good performance, the temp dropped compared to my other CPU cooler. It also has blue lights :)



I personally find that PWM based cpu fans under 120mm to be too loud when ramping up. This one at 100% is very quiet and very effective due to supporting the larger 120mm fan size. The blue LED is well...a blue LED and nothing special. I use this to cool a 8 core/16 thread Xeon on an LGA 2011 socket, which can run as high as 115 watts. It keeps the CPU under 45C, even at full load, which is impressive for such a low-cost cooler.The brackets included basically make this thing mount to just about every popular socket type you can think of.Bottom line: a great cooler for legacy and newer CPUs.



My PC was overheating and I almost thought I might have to replace my CPU but this fan came with thermal past and different mounting attachments and worked very well with my rig. Very pleased, and it came quick after I ordered. The blue light is a plus even though im not into all that.

My wife was having performance issues with her cp and this fixed it. Not too expensive and easy to install.



We replaced our OEM's stock cooler with this very affordable one and saw a noticeable drop in our (95w TDP) CPU temperatures. The AMD mounting system required two people to have enough hands to get it installed, but did install easily once we figured that out. Now the quad-core CPU regularly runs below 30C and it's silent as a lamb - highly recommended when you want to step up your cooler's game!



Mounting was very easy, no bracket needed because its light weight. From my research this cooler works just as good as the double radiator/fan coolers plus it dosent take up so much space & end up restricting air flow. This cooler does come with an extra set of fan brackets so you can use 2 fans but I tested it with 2 & it was the same. I just use 1 fan on the exhaust side & it lines up well with the exhaust fan on the case. You must have the fan mounted on correctly with the exhaust directed toward your case exhaust. I had a few fans in my case backwards & it caused my temps to spike 20C+. Personally I use my top & rear for exhaust & front for intake & if I want it real cool ill take off the side plate on my case. 1 last thing, the fan that comes with this runs around 1500-1600 rpm so if it goes bad or you wanna replace make sure you get a high rpm fan to replace it with. I tried using a fan from a set I bought that maxed 1200rpm & it caused the idle temp to go up to 30C-35C so the RPMS on your heat-sink fan/fans are important. Also make sure it has a 4-Pin connector. If you do have to replace it I suggest the (13$) Noctua NF-P12 redux that runs at 1700rpm or one of the higher line fans by Noctua sells with higher rpm.



It's a good and solid budget option
